An organic formulation thet contains colloidal oatmeal to soothe and protect dry, itchy, or inflamed skin. Richard's Organic's leaves a protective film on the skin that retards water loss and helps to repair and maintain the epidermal barrier. Saponins in oatmeal help to solubilize dirt, oil and sebaceous secretions.
Richard's Organic's Moisturizing Shampoo provides skin relief and protection from insect bites and rashes caused by poison ivy and similar plants. An added ingredient; Sweet Almond Oil, is an excellent emollient with properties to moisturize and soothe dry skin and to relieve itching and inflammation due to dryness. Echinacea is added to promote healing of chronic or slow-healing wounds
