Standard Flat Rate Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class or Parcel Post (5-7 day delivery) the same day if received before 2 PM EST.
Standard Flat Rate Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next day via U.S. Postal Service First Class or Parcel Post (4-7 day delivery)
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Express (Next Day) service on orders placed on Friday before 2 PM will be delivered on Monday. Not available in Alaska or Hawaii.
Priority (2nd day) service on orders placed on Thursday before 2PM will be delivered on Monday.
Returns
Non-prescription items can be returned within two weeks of purchase provided they are returned unopened and not damaged. A restocking inventory fee of 20% will be assessed against any and all returned items. Your account will then be credited for those item's returned. We recommend sending returns in a secured box with an insured receipt for your protection.
Contact us at 727-935-4174 for a Return Item Authorization (RIA) number and return address information. Non-prescription items can only be returned with an RIA number.
