We accept and conduct all transactions in US dollars using Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept checks and all Pay Pal accounts. Bankcards that are either debit or credit are accepted as a regular credit card bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo. Using your Pay Pal account to process your transactions will enable you to keep track of your Pay Pal purchasing activity. If you choose to send in a check, simply write the total amount due to PETS RX and mail it to our business address.
How do I place an order ?
- Add items to your shopping cart then review your shopping cart to making any final changes.
- Proceed to "Checkout"
- On the checkout page enter your shipping and billing information then click the "finalize and purchase" button.
- Your purchase will be processed and you will receive confirmation of your order along with an email verification.
- If using Visa, Master Card orPay Pal, click on the "Checkout with Pay Pal" button. Then confirm the shipping and billing information for final processing. After confirming your purchase’s, you will complete the transactions and receive an order confirmation along with an email verification.
Can Pets Rx fill a prescription from my veterinarian ?
Prescriptions from your veterinarian can not be filled at the present time by Pets Rx. We do not prescribe, dispense, diagnose or offer medical care or treatment. Only your veterinarian that serves in the veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR) can do this.
Why do I need a prescription for certain medications ?
Veterinary prescription drugs are those drugs restricted by federal law to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian [Section 503(f) Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act].
